We are currently looking for:
SAP HCM Project Manager
Job location: Remote from Poland / hybrid from Wrocław or Warsaw
Main responsibilities:
As SAP HCM Project Manager, you will oversee the SAP HCM/SuccessFactors team and deliver service to our client (mainly 3rd Level support, change requests, and related projects). Being the primary point of contact for our customer, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships, ensuring all client needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. You will be instrumental in guiding your team to achieve excellence in service delivery, enhancing customer satisfaction and driving long-term success. On a day-to-day basis, you will be expected to proactively support business-critical SAP systems and enhance the system as per customer needs, particularly within the scope of the SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules. Oversee the configuration of SAP modules and solutions in accordance with best practices and project requirements. You will ensure comprehensive documentation of all HR systems and changes, maintaining clear records for internal use and compliance. Additionally, you will lead change management processes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption during system updates and enhancements.
We require:
Min. 6 years of experience and in-depth knowledge in SAP HCM
Experience with SAP HCM PA/OM and PY modules
Nice-to-have: SAP HCM PT/TE experience
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (in at least 2 of the areas: EC, LMS, Recruitment, PMGM)
Min. 3 years of experience in a leadership role within SAP HR area , a proven track record in team management or project delivery
Strong leadership and people management skills
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working with diverse teams and clients
Good knowledge of English, German as an asset
High analytical and problem-solving abilities
Independence and commitment to the realization of assigned tasks
Strong teamwork skills
