responsibilities :

Design and develop standardized SAP Payroll solutions adaptable to different countries needs
IT Integration & Technical Lead on HCM side for global ERP harmonization project and its interfaces towards HCM (payroll posting, accounting)
Collaborate in the overall SAP on-prem payroll system architecture, including the integration of various modules (e.g., Finance, Controlling, Treasury)
Main contact for Finance, Controlling or Trassury on IT side for Payroll Accounting to assist with GL files, accounts, symbolic accounts, reversal, accrual, etc.
Identify SAP solution possibilities and discuss with business users / process owner
Perform configuration (customizing) work as needed to support new and existing functionality, analyze configuration issues
Assist in the technical preparation of Business Process Procedures, Test Scenarios, End-user documentation, and User manuals

requirements-expected :

Min. 2-3 years of proven SAP Payroll consulting experience
Experience in Full Life-cycle implementations of SAP on-prem Payroll
Good cross-functional knowledge of the SAP HCM on-prem system regarding of customizing / developments and business processes
Experience with year-end activities and support packs implementation
Very good English skills
IT Project Management experience in a global environment
Experience in ABAP development will be a plus
