• Accompanying and advising the specialist departments on the way to harmonized and standardized IT solutions for HR in a global environment
• Ensuring the operation of the SAP HCM core solution together with the Tech Leads in GER
• Error analysis, bug fixing and solution finding in the HR systems and their interfaces

• Completed studies (university/university of applied sciences) in (business) informatics or comparable practical experience
• Very good English language skills
• Relevant operational experience in the HR IT environment
• Knowledge of SAP HCM PA, OM, PT and PY
• High level of initiative and assertiveness, ability to work across different tasks
• Very good communication and presentation skills at different levels
• Strong ability to work in a team, commitment and resilience
