responsibilities :
Independent processing and tracking of incidents, HOT fixes, and change requests for Atos end customer in the following modules: Payroll accounting (SAP HCM PY) GERMANY, Personnel administration (SAP HCM PA)
Knowledge of the local specifics of German payroll accounting and communication with authorities (ELStAM, ELStAM-PKV, DEÜV, rvBEA, etc.) is required
Checking incoming channels for new inquiries, providing quick feedback and communicating with the applicant and the Atos project manager
Analysis of requirements, evaluation, implementation, test support, and create documentation of customer requirements
Short-term emergency interventions in the event of disruptions in the SAP payroll system
Technical implementation of payroll accounting, including preparatory work and follow-up activities in the SAP system
Support for HRSP imports and SPDD/SPAU comparisons
Import of preliminary OSS corrections
requirements-expected :
Minimum 5 years of experience working as a SAP HCM Consultant
Strong understanding specifics of German payroll
Experience in SAP system configuration, including creating functions, rules, and payroll
Very good communication skills when working with clients and internal Teams
Proficiency in German and a good command of English
