About the role

Looking for your next SAP HCM challenge? Join our team as an SAP HCM Consultant and work on end-to-end German Payroll (PY-DE) projects in an international environment.

• Design, configure, and implement SAP HCM Payroll for Germany (PY-DE), including schemas, PCRs, wage types, and payroll control records
• Ensure compliance with German tax, social insurance, and labor law regulations
• Participate in full lifecycle SAP HCM projects: blueprinting, fit-gap analysis, customization, testing (SIT/UAT), go-live, and documentation
• Work with integrated SAP HCM modules: PA, OM, and Time Management (PT/TE)
• Analyze and resolve complex payroll issues, providing 2nd and 3rd-level support
• Create functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP developers on custom solutions and integrations
• Proactively recommend improvements to HR and payroll processes
