Looking for your next SAP HCM challenge? Join our team as an SAP HCM Consultant and work on end-to-end German Payroll (PY-DE) projects in an international environment.
responsibilities :
Design, configure, and implement SAP HCM Payroll for Germany (PY-DE), including schemas, PCRs, wage types, and payroll control records
Ensure compliance with German tax, social insurance, and labor law regulations
Participate in full lifecycle SAP HCM projects: blueprinting, fit-gap analysis, customization, testing (SIT/UAT), go-live, and documentation
Work with integrated SAP HCM modules: PA, OM, and Time Management (PT/TE)
Analyze and resolve complex payroll issues, providing 2nd and 3rd-level support
Create functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP developers on custom solutions and integrations
Proactively recommend improvements to HR and payroll processes
requirements-expected :
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on SAP HCM consulting experience
At least 2+ years of experience with German Payroll (PY-DE)
Strong knowledge of German payroll schemas and customization
Experience with Time Evaluation (PT/TE) is highly desirable
