We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable SAP HCM Application Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all SAP HCM processes, including providing 2nd level support. You will monitor interfaces such as SuccessFactors (SF) to SAP HRP and ATOSS, as well as SAP HRP to SAP P01, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
Responsibilities:
- Support, document, and enhance SAP HCM processes in SAP HRP and SAP P01
- Implement legal changes and quality assurance measures
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support for technical questions from line managers, HR users, and employees
- Develop solutions through system configurations in collaboration with the SAP Competence Center and external consultants
- Report and manage SAP HCM standard issues with SAP OSS
- Train and support line managers, HR users, and key users with appropriate materials
- Conduct functional tests and support integration tests during new SAP HCM process implementations
- Oversee interfaces between SuccessFactors, ATOSS, SAP HRP, and SAP P01
- Manage or support SAP HCM projects and change requests
- Create, review, prioritize, and approve service and change requests
- Plan further development of the SAP HCM system landscape in consultation with relevant stakeholders
- Handle communication and change management
- Optimize and manage SAP HR authorization concepts and job IDs
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics or a related field of study, with advanced training in SAP HCM
- 5+ years of experience as an SAP HCM or HRIS specialist
- Structured, hands-on, and conceptual person with strong analytical thinking
- Efficient, proactive, and flexible
- Trustworthy with strong communication skills in both technical and professional contexts
- In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM, HRIS (e.g., SuccessFactors)
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
