For our client - an international company from the production sector, we are looking for the SAP HR Consultant to join a newly built hub in Warsaw:
Your Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP HR/HCM solutions
- Configure and maintain modules such as Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Payroll, and Benefits
- Ensure HR master data accuracy and process integrity
- Provide day-to-day application support and solve technical issues
- Contribute to system upgrades, process automation, and HR reporting improvements
- Document system configuration, processes, and user guides
- Train and support HR Business Partners and end users
- Play an active role in the roadmap and design for the migration to SAP SuccessFactors
- Ensure compliance with internal standards, data privacy, and local labor laws
- Collaborate with global IT and HR teams as well as external partners
Your Profile:
- University degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in SAP HR/HCM configuration, support, and enhancement (ECC on‑premise)
- Deep understanding of HR processes, including payroll and time management
- Experience in at least one full‑cycle SAP HR implementation project
- Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors projects (implementation, integration, or data migration) is a strong plus
- Knowledge of HR authorizations, data privacy, and system security
- Familiar with SAP HCM integration with FI/CO, PP/PE, and MM
- Experience with HR reporting tools such as SAP Query or ABAP Reports
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Structured and detail‑oriented working style
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus
