SAP GTS & CI Project Management Specialist

Your responsibilities
- Represent the CETC team in SAP GTS (1ADM) subprocesses by supporting design discussions, testing, and key decision reviews.
- Track global customs audits, risks, and provisions; coordinate with regional leaders and streamline reporting.
- Maintain the CETC global mapping database and lead annual risk assessments.
- Conduct root cause analyses and provide solution recommendations.
- Analyze trade data to identify compliance risks and duty optimization opportunities.
- Document and improve customs processes for efficiency and standardization.
- Collaborate with internal teams to consolidate and validate customs data.
- Automate data tasks and generate insights to improve compliance and reduce errors.
- Support global/regional projects and other assigned initiatives.
- Contribute to team goals with a focus on execution, performance, and safety.
Our requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Trade, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customs, trade compliance, or global trade operations.
- Strong SAP GTS experience.
- Experience in leading projects is an advantage.
- Experience with trade data analysis, risk assessments, and audit processes.
- Proficiency in Excel and data/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Alteryx).
- Familiarity with global customs processes and documentation.
- Understanding of trade preference, classification, valuation, and duty optimization.
- Openness to work 3 days from the office in Poznan.
