What You’ll Do

SAP Finance Transformation Management Consultants are critical to our SAP implementation services across all sectors of TruQua and IBM within EMEA. In this role, you will work directly with customers for hands‑on delivery, as well as strategic insights on how to run programs/projects efficiently from blueprint to go‑live. You will be responsible for leading small project teams, as well as advising client executives and leaders on the benefits delivered by SAP S/4 HANA Finance and/or SAP Central Finance within as strategic assets of their broader Finance Transformation.

This position requires the ability to work and communicate as part of a high‑performance consulting team in a fast‑paced environment.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Expertise in SAP Finance with minimum of 7 years of experience with multiple end‑to‑end implementations of S/4HANA from project preparation to go‑live
• Proven experience in SAP S/4 HANA and/or Central Finance projects
• Good understanding of an SAP centric Finance architecture and corresponding application area across RTR, PTP, OTC, Treasury and Tax.
• Strong business process knowledge, business process blueprinting experience and corresponding solutions (e.g. Signavio)
• Ability to communicate at executive level with Finance leaders
• Awareness of AI applicability in Finance cases, using SAP

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Proven thought leadership in SAP Financials General Ledger, Controlling and Margin Analysis, S/4 HANA Finance and/or Central Finance, demonstrated by whitepapers, presentations at marquee industry events and/or SAP events is preferred
• Strong knowledge in S/4HANA Finance and/or Central Finance roadmap, differences between software version releases and new innovations that are brought in in each of the S/4HANA and/or Central Finance releases
• Knowledge of areas such as Product Costing, SAP Group Reporting, Credit Management, Dispute Management, ICMR or Cash Management
