SAP Finance Consultant – DXC Technology

Position Summary: Join DXC Technology as an SAP Finance Consultant to support large-scale SAP S/4HANA rollouts across multiple countries for a key manufacturing customer.

Project Description

We are expanding our presence with a key customer (manufacturing industry) through large-scale SAP S/4HANA rollouts across multiple countries. The project involves implementing core SAP modules to standardize processes globally, ensure compliance with local regulations, and optimize operations. Consultants will work in a dynamic, international environment, closely collaborating with local teams and the central governance team to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI) modules across multiple rollout locations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SAP S/4HANA solutions.
• Configure and customize FI processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Accounting.
• Ensure compliance with local legal and tax requirements in relevant countries.
• Provide training and documentation for end-users.
• Work closely with the central team to align rollout activities, standards, and governance.

Requirements

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in SAP Finance.
• At least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and integration with other SAP modules.
• Ability to work in multi-country rollout projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Language: German is a nice-to-have advantage; English proficiency required.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% across rollout locations.
