We are currently looking for:

SAP Finance Area Lead

Job location: Remote from Poland

Main responsibilities:

As SAP Finance Area Lead, you will oversee the SAP Finance team and deliver service to our client (mainly 3rd Level support, change requests, and related projects). Being the primary point of contact for our customer, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships, ensuring all client needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. You will be instrumental in guiding your team to achieve excellence in service delivery, enhancing customer satisfaction and driving long-term success. On a day-to-day basis, you will be expected to proactively support business-critical SAP systems and enhance the system as per customer needs, particularly within the scope of the SAP Finance module. Oversee the configuration of SAP FI/CO modules in accordance with best practices and project requirements. You will ensure comprehensive documentation of all finance systems and changes, maintaining clear records for internal use and compliance. Additionally, you will lead change management processes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption during system updates and enhancements.

We require:

1. Min. 6 years of experience and in-depth knowledge in SAP FI/CO modules
2. Min. 3 years of experience in a leadership role within SAP Finance, a proven track record in team management or project delivery
3. Strong leadership and people management skills
4. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working with diverse teams and clients
5. Good knowledge of English, German as an asset
6. High analytical and problem-solving abilities
7. Independence and commitment to the realization of assigned tasks
8. Strong teamwork skills
