• Resolve Record-to-Report (RTR) tickets within SLA.
• Collaborate with client SMEs to handle custom business processes.
• Manage Poland-specific localization issues and tickets.
• Implement minor enhancements and change requests for RTR processes.
• Provide weekly status updates on incidents and enhancements.
• Support junior team members with complex issues.
• Offer extended support during critical periods, such as month-end close.
• Communicate with Polish-speaking users for effective collaboration.

• 10+ years of experience in SAP FICO, with a focus on support.
• Expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and Asset Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO, ECC, and S/4 HANA.
• Experience with Polish localization (Taxolite SAFT, tax setup).
• Strong understanding of Controlling processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
