We are seeking a skilled SAP FICO RTR Consultant to join our clients team in Warsaw. The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of SAP FI and CO (both ECC and S4 HANA) and experience in supporting SAP FICO.
responsibilities :
Receive respond and resolve RTR-related tickets based on Priority and within SLA
Interact and coordinate with client SMEs on custom business processes
Work on minor enhancements CRs for RTR RICEF objects
Provide inputs for Weekly status reports on Incidents and Enhancements
Coordinate and support junior team members with complex tickets
Provide extended support on request during month close or critical times based on clients need
Interact with users in the local language Polish users for better understanding and collaboration
requirements-expected :
Fluent in English
3+ years of experience in SAP FICO and experience in supporting
Strong knowledge of Accounting
Good knowledge of SAP FI and CO, both ECC and S4 HANA
Ability to understand custom programs and enhancements
Ability to understand complex business processes
Good communication and attitude toward client interaction
