Take end to end ownership of SAP Finance incidents and service requests (mainly FI/CO, Treasury, Tax and related interfaces), making sure each ticket is actively driven to resolution within agreed SLAs and with clear communication to stakeholders
Proactively manage the SAP Finance support queue, challenging priorities when needed, escalating blocking points, and following up until issues are fully solved and properly documented
Perform daily SAP operations following existing Standard Operating Procedures and own expertise, including minor customizing, mass changes, data extracts and support to month‑end and year‑end activities, ensuring stability and data consistency
Investigate functional issues with Finance key users (Controlling, Treasury, Tax, Accounting, Credit Management, P2P), coordinate with internal IT teams and external partners, and actively push actions forward until a sustainable solution is in place
Support and maintain SAP integrations with core Finance applications (e.g. payment service providers, banking tools, tax solutions, expense tools), anticipating risks and proposing improvements to secure business continuity
Contribute to small enhancements and continuous‑improvement initiatives on SAP Finance, from requirement gathering and impact assessment to testing, deployment and post‑go‑live follow‑up, ensuring that commitments and timelines are met
Maintain an up‑to‑date knowledge base articles, Standard Operating Procedures and user documentation for Finance applications, and actively participate in knowledge transfer within the Finance team
requirements-expected :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, Finance or related field, and at least 1–2 years of experience as SAP key user, support analyst or consultant in one or more Finance modules (FI, CO, Treasury, Tax, Credit Management, P2P, Legal).
Solid understanding of Finance processes (general ledger, controlling, cash management, payments, VAT, expense notes) and ability to translate them into SAP solutions.
Experience with IT service management practices (e.g. incident, problem and change management, preferably ITIL) and ticketing tools
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a solution‑oriented mindset and the ability to manage several topics in parallel under time pressure
Collaborative attitude, willingness to share knowledge, and capacity to work effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams in an international environment.
Fluency in English, written and spoken. Polish or French is an asset
