Your new company 

For our Client, international company located in Krakow, we are currently looking SAP FI Key User. We are looking for a person who will be the first point of contact for local users of the SAP ECC system and other accounting applications (mainly dedicated to Polish accounting). We are looking for a person to work in hybrid model (2-3 dars per week from Kraków).

Your new role 

• Providing support for end users of SAP system regarding financial modules
• Being contact point for both end users and the IT Department
• Defining program modifications and specifications, block diagrams for current/new processes and implementations, support testing and releasing modifications to work in the production environment
• Preparation of training materials and training for users
• Identification opportunities for system improvement
• System development with acceptance tests of new solutions
• Creating reports and documentation
• Project management and software life cycle support - first contact in case of software problems
• Active participation in IT projects such as process automation, implementation of new functionalities and improvements
• Management and verification of master data in IT environments (SAP and others)

What you39ll need to succeed 

• Higher education, preferably in finance, accounting, business or IT related
• Knowledge and experience in SAP ERP system and FI modules
• Previous experience in accountancy and finance related field to understand the processes
• Ability to use solutions/systems supporting the work of the Department Accounting / Finance
• Project management skills and ability to involve in IT system implementation
• Strong IT skills and proactive approach
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Fluent knowledge of Polish and very good English skills
