Delivering exceptional service and solutions across the SAP R2R (Tax, Accounting, Controlling)
Incident, Change and Service Request stack management in line with agreed priorities and timelines
Cooperation with other R2R stream members in order to achieve optimal stack management and backlog reduction
Consistent communication with users, business analysts and IT teams
Working with Business Process Owners and stakeholders in understanding their needs & requirements, identifying gaps, improving the effectiveness continuously, prioritizing requirements and issues within the SAP R2R processes, providing consultancy where needed
Driving analysis of impact of requested changes
Creation of quality solution documentation
Detailing of the technical specifications required to deliver the functional requirements of the solution
requirements-expected :
In-depth experience of R2R systems from both a technical and functional standpoint
Expert in SAP S/4HANA R2R and integrated modules and Group Reporting
Ability to develop new and troubleshoot existing reports in Group Reporting
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a challenging environment with changing priorities
Understanding of Level 2 and 3 support requirements
