As an SAP FI Consultant, you will be responsible for the successful implementation and support of SAP solutions, with a primary focus on the FI module. Key responsibilities include:
Providing functional expertise, guidance, and instruction on SAP FI to internal teams
Mapping business processes, conducting gap analysis, and aligning SAP best practices
Designing, configuring, and testing SAP FI solutions
Preparing test scenarios, documentation, and supporting application design activities
Managing Master Data-related tasks including uploads and validations
Supporting end-user training and conducting validation of business processes
Collaborating with stakeholders across Poland and Germany
Participating in full-cycle implementation including build, test, and deployment phases
Supporting post-go-live activities and continuous process improvement

We are looking for an experienced SAP FI Consultant with strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset. Ideal candidates will possess:
Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on SAP FI implementation experience
Proven track record in at least two full lifecycle implementations
Solid understanding of SAP FI configuration, process integration, and master data management
Experience with business process analysis, testing, and user training
Strong problem-solving skills and a team-oriented attitude
Effective communication skills in English (German is a plus)
Previous experience in a consulting or internal delivery team environment
