responsibilities :
Handling customer inquiries regarding our BCM Product solutions in the area of payment and bank statement
SAP Serrala Payment / ASM Modul user support for our national and international customers
Configuring our software to meet customer and partner banks requirements
Conducting software tests and implementing adjustments
Act as an interface between the various specialist & IT departments, lead workshops at and with our customers in the future
Take on responsibilities in sub-project management, with the potential to lead full projects in the future
Analysis of errors and developing work arounds, and permanent solutions
Handling of service requests by changing SAP standard customizing
Performing of regularly support and maintenance tasks
Assistance for how-to questions
Maintaining documentation - knowledge base
Performing of regularly support and maintenance tasks, keeping tickets up-to-date
Support of go-lives
Ensuring of compliance with internal processes, audit support
requirements-expected :
At least 3 years of experience on a similar position
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree Business Informatics or Computer Science
Fluent written and spoken English, German will be an asset
Proven experience in the IT sector, ideally within consulting (FI/CO)
Excellent and broad knowledge of SAP FI (including Autobank and Treasury)
ABAP and debugging skills will be welcomed
Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
Strong service thinking skills and service orientation
Flexibility and good interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively within teams
Ability to work within tight deadlines and attention to details
Excellent communication and presentation skills
