We are looking for a proactive SAP Specialist to strengthen our global SAP technical team. You will play a key role in rolling out and maintaining e-invoicing solutions across several countries.

Project information:

• Type of employment: long-term contract of employment
• Salary range: 16000 - 18000 PLN gross

Responsibilities:

• Designing, rolling out, and supporting e-invoicing processes in SAP
• Keeping up to date with country-specific e-invoicing regulations and applying them in SAP solutions
• Bridging the gap between business/legal needs and SAP system functionality, mainly using SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC)
• Collaborating closely with colleagues across the globe to ensure clear communication and timely delivery of project outcomes
• At least 2 years of practical experience with SAP FI configuration or support
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills in a multicultural environment
• A solid understanding of how FI documents and key SAP processes work
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to resolve issues efficiently
• Proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
• Experience in SAP DRC rollouts (nice to have)
