Contribute significantly to the delivery of IT solutions that support tax-related business processes and align with the functional requirements of the tax domain.
responsibilities :
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to analyze process requirements and translate them into functional ERP system designs and solutions.
Define, design, implement, test, and oversee end-to-end ERP functional changes, including adjustments to systems, interfaces, and platforms.
Manage the full lifecycle of system enhancements, from technical assessment and evaluation of alternatives to documentation, testing, and deployment to the live environment.
Work with both internal and external teams to ensure continuous improvement of tax-related functionalities and maintain alignment across multiple agile project streams.
Ensure that all solutions adhere to established IT standards, including those related to security, privacy, quality, and compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
requirements-expected :
At least 5 years of professional experience in ERP financial modules (such as FI/CO) with a strong focus on tax-related functionalities.
Experience with ERP modules supporting statutory and electronic tax reporting, general ledger, and tax configuration functionalities.
Knowledge of tax determination tools and solutions.
Proven experience in tax implementation across various jurisdictions.
Familiarity with both direct and indirect tax processes.
General understanding of other financial functions, such as Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Basic exposure to core integration areas in ERP systems (e.g., Sales and Distribution, Materials Management, Production Planning), especially in relation to their financial touchpoints.
Understanding of system validation processes, including creation of documentation and execution of tests in validated environments.
