,[Provide first-line support for SAP modules, addressing user queries, and troubleshooting issues related to SAP functionalities., Monitor and triage incoming support tickets, prioritize tasks, and escalate complex issues to Level 2 support or relevant teams., Assist users in navigating SAP applications, conducting basic troubleshooting, and providing guidance on system usage and best practices. , Document support activities, resolutions, and procedures followed for future reference and knowledge sharing., Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve integration issues between SAP and other modules/systems., Contribute to the development and maintenance of support documentation, knowledge bases, and training materials., Participate in testing and validation of SAP system changes, updates, and new configurations., Participate in training sessions to enhance personal knowledge and support capabilities.
