At NATEK, we are seeking a skilled SAP FI/CO Application Support Specialist to join a global organization following its transformation to SAP S/4HANA. This role focuses on ensuring stable finance operations, providing functional support in SAP.
responsibilities :
Providing L1–L3 application support for SAP FI/CO
Handling incidents, change requests, and service requests in a timely manner
Focusing primarily on Controlling (CO), with additional support in General Ledger (GL) and Financial Accounting processes
Supporting knowledge transfer and addressing gaps following the S/4HANA transformation
Collaborating with cross-border teams across Europe
Working within ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow)
Ensuring system stability while driving continuous improvement
requirements-expected :
Strong expertise in SAP FI/CO, including Controlling (CO), General Ledger (GL), and Financial Accounting (FI)
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance
Experience in L1–L3 support, including incident and change management processes
Practical experience working with ServiceNow
Working knowledge of SAP Solution Manager or SAP Cloud ALM
Proficiency in Excel
Strong business communication skills
Ability to work effectively in distributed, international teams
Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach
