Your responsibilities

  • Define and evolve the engineering domain strategy in alignment with organizational goals
  • Act as the main expert for domain-specific technologies, standards, and best practices
  • Lead domain governance, including frameworks and tooling
  • Provide technical consulting and deep expertise in SAP Project System, SAP Engineering Change Management, LO-VC, BoM, and SAP PLM
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies
  • Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, delivery teams, and offshore teams
  • Represent the domain in leadership forums and strategic initiatives
  • Mentor consultants and build domain-specific capabilities
  • Drive training programs, certifications, and community initiatives
  • Support recruitment and onboarding of domain-specialized roles
  • Ensure delivery quality, performance, and compliance with engineering standards
  • Conduct technical reviews, audits, and retrospectives
  • Monitor domain KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives

Our requirements

  • Proven experience in engineering leadership or domain-focused consulting
  • Deep expertise in: SAP Project System, SAP Engineering Change Management, Variant Configuration (LO-VC), Bill of Materials, SAP PLM, and third-party PLM integration
  • Strong technical consulting and solution architecture skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience mentoring engineers and building technical capability
  • Ability to work in complex, matrixed, multi-disciplinary environments
  • Experience coordinating work with offshore teams

The candidate has the right to access and rectify the contents of their data, remove such data, limit its processing, transfer such data, submit objection to the processing and revoke the consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing conducted under such consent before it was
withdrawn. The candidate also has the right to file a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection when they consider the processing of their personal data to be a violation of the provisions of the GDPR.
