Ciklum  is looking for a SAP Engineer  to join our team full-time in Poland.

About the role

As a SAP Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.  

You will be working on the project of a Swiss retail and food service company, responsible for the daily check and implementation of the iDocs and their alert messages on and around the SAP systems.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring outgoing and incoming iDocs in SAP (time focus 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.)
• Error handling of non-processing Idocs
• Acquisition of company-specific ordering, ordering, delivery and invoicing processes
• Management of tickets in the ticketing tool
• Check the batch input folders on SAP with regard to Idoc documents
• Continuation of documentation in monitoring
• Maintaining contact internally and externally regarding Idoc processes
• Recognize, plan and implement process improvements in Idoc monitoring

Requirements:

• SAP logistics process and/or ABAP development knowledge
• Knowledge of the most important monitoring tools in SAP
• Practical experience with the following Idoc types:
• Exit
• ARTMAS, DEBMAS, ORDERS, SHPNT, WBBDLD, WVINVE and others
• Entrance
• ARTMAS, DEBMAS, ORDERS, DESADV, INFREC, INVOIC; PORDCR1, SHMNT and others
• Basic understanding of ABAP coding and its debugging methods
• Dealing with documentation tools and maintaining documentation
• German language
• Good communication skills
