Salary: 190 – 210 PLN/h + VAT (B2B via Experis)
Start Date: ASAP / within 1 month
Our Client is urgently seeking an experienced SAP ECC Rollout Project Manager to lead and stabilize an ongoing ERP deployment. The rollout is approaching a critical phase, with go live planned for September 2026. The Project Manager will act as the central coordination point between business stakeholders, local plant teams near Warsaw and external implementation partners, including existing consultants. The role focuses strongly on project planning, issue resolution and effective communication, ensuring alignment between business requirements and the global template

- Ability to handle and mediate conflict situations
- Immediate availability
- Fluent English
- German language skills highly beneficial
- Polish language skills are a plus
- Experience in ECC projects with moderate technical complexity and strong coordination elements
- Background in manufacturing or food production environments is welcome
