As an SAP DRC Consultant, you will design, implement, and support global e-invoicing and statutory reporting solutions using SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC). You will ensure compliance with country-specific regulations and integrate SAP DRC with SAP S/4HANA on-premises and external tax authorities.

responsibilities :
Configure and implement SAP DRC Cloud Edition for e-invoicing. Statutory reporting will come in future
Design and manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) e-invoicing flows
Implement Peppol Exchange for B2B/B2G compliance in applicable countries
Ensure compliance with global and local regulations (Romania, Serbia, Spain, Italy, Denmark, Belgium, Poland, India, etc.)
Monitor document statuses in SAP DRC; troubleshoot and reprocess errors
Integrate SAP DRC with SAP CPI, SAP VIM, IDoc/custom interfaces and Tax authorities
Conduct end-to-end testing and support global rollouts
Prepare documentation and deliver training to stakeholder teams
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for e-invoicing and statutory reporting
Define and execute archiving strategies and retention policies
Perform system cleanup activities (job logs, interface tables, temporary XML files)

Strong experience in SAP DRC Cloud Edition and SAP S/4HANA (FI/SD/MM)
Knowledge of global e-invoicing regulations and statutory reporting
Expertise in SAP CPI, IDoc processing, and XML formats
Familiarity with Peppol network and B2G/B2B compliance
Excellent troubleshooting and monitoring skills
