We are seeking an experienced SAP DRC Consultant to lead the full-cycle implementation of inbound and outbound e-invoicing solutions.
This role focuses on e-Invoicing, e-Reporting, and SAF-T compliance within the SAP Document and Reporting Compliance cloud edition framework. The consultant will be responsible for configuring SAP backend systems for various invoice types including B2B, B2G, B2C, cross-border, and self-billing workflows, ensuring alignment with internal Finance, Tax, Local Business, and IT processes that may extend beyond minimum legal standards..
responsibilities :
Implementing SAP standard solutions for both S/4HANA and ECC environments across multiple company codes, specifically:
Croatia (S/4HANA)
Spain (S/4HANA)
France (S/4HANA and ECC)
Germany (ECC)
Providing comprehensive testing support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases.
Developing and maintaining detailed user and technical documentation.
Delivering training sessions and knowledge transfer to internal teams to ensure smooth adoption of the implemented solutions.
Exercising strong communication skills to guide stakeholders and provide ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle.
requirements-expected :
Proven experience implementing SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) solutions, including e-invoicing and e-reporting.
In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and ECC systems configuration for invoice processing.
Familiarity with local VAT regulations and compliance requirements in Germany, Croatia, France, Italy, Spain, or similar VAT jurisdictions.
Ability to align SAP configurations with internal Finance, Tax, and IT processes.
Strong documentation skills for both technical and user-facing materials.
Experience delivering training and knowledge transfer sessions to diverse stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams.
