Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Functional Teams to understand future-state ("To Be") data and process requirements
• Collaborate with Business Data Owners and SMEs to analyse current-state ("As Is") data
• Capture all data migration requirements in DDAM (Data Definition and Migration) documentation
• Confirm migration strategy with Functional Teams and the Data Migration partner (BackOffice Associates)
• Drive migration activities, including data cleansing and data collection within the functional area
• Complete field-level and value-level old-to-new mappings and align them with Business and Functional stakeholders
• Support Data Mapping Workshops, providing expertise on source-to-target mappings and transformation rules
• Support business teams with validation activities and provide guidance for sign-off
• Coordinate and support defect resolution during testing cycles
• Ensure migration requirements align with interface and integration standards (e.g., MDG, D&B, Refinitiv, SFDC)

Requirements:

• Expert-level experience in SAP Data Migration for Material Master objects
• Strong understanding of data dependencies and cross-functional, cross-market requirements
• Ability to participate in process design workshops and extract key data design principles
• Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA data structures, standard processes and best practices
• Experience preparing and managing DDAM documentation
• Ability to define field content, field status and required data elements according to business, technical and legal requirements
• Understanding of interface-related data requirements and master data governance standards
• Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills
