Ryanair, Europe’s favorite airline, is hiring a SAP CPI Consultant to join our growing IT Labs team. The role supports the company’s digital transformation, focusing on SAP SuccessFactors integration across HR and payroll systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and other systems (SAP and third‑party).
• Use SuccessFactors Integration Center and tools such as SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
• Work with Cloud Integration Suite capabilities including SAP API Management, Event Mesh, Open Connectors, and Integration Advisor.
• Manage security artifacts, encryption, and decryption mechanisms.
• Handle regular updates, data loads, and real‑time integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
• Ensure integrations meet security, performance, and compliance standards.
• Document integration processes and provide user support.

Key Requirements

• Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors, especially Integration Center and CPI/BTP.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP CPI/BTP and web services (SOAP, REST).
• Good understanding of SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Compensation, and Employee Central Payroll.
• Experience in HRIS and payroll data integrations.
• Ability to write technical and functional documentation.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• End‑to‑end integration project experience.
• Knowledge of SAP security and GDPR compliance for HR data.
• Experience building integrations between SuccessFactors and other SAP or third‑party systems.

Good to Have

• SAP Integration certification.
• ABAP knowledge.
