Job Description:

Tasks:

1. You will be responsible for modeling internal customer’s requirement for material master data in SAP S4 systems.
2. You work closely with our internal customers to gather and discuss material master related business requirements.
3. You consolidate the requirements, derive the technical concept, design solution from them and align it with architects.
4. You will be responsible for the implementation/configuration in the systems either yourself or in collaboration with other teams.

Qualifications

Profile:

Education/ Experience

1. Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. At least 5 years hands-on material master customizing and enhancement experience.
3. At least 5 years experience in agile SAP implementation or rollout projects in a technical role (consultant, developer or solution architect).

Technical knowledge

1. In-depth technical knowledge about the SAP material master (PDM): Customizing (all views), which includes the extension of subscreens with additional (customer-specific) fields, Data model (all views), Classification, Authorization concept, Enhancement implementations.
2. Process knowledge in at least one SAP end-to-end process or module with a strong focus on material master.
3. Knowledge about material master related SAP PDM objects like BoM, Change Master, Document Info Record.
4. Experience with SAP R3 and S4 configuration (SPRO).
5. Knowledge in technical aspects of SAP: Basic skills in ABAP/4, ABAP OO programming, Debugging skills, Experience in analyzing SAP technical objects settings (ABAP workbench, ABAP Dictionary), Basic knowledge of SAP interface for Master Data distribution (EDI/ALE, IDOCs), BRF+ basic knowledge.
6. Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
7. Experience and joy in working in virtual, intercultural teams.
8. High degree of personal responsibility.
