As an IT Technology Services Specialist, your primary role will be to work hand-in-hand with our business teams and IT specialists, ensuring smooth and efficient use of SAPs internal compliance systems.

What youll do:

• Analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional technical solutions.
• Implementing complex changes incorporating customization and custom code.
• Actively participating in our agile delivery by processing backlog items.
• Conducting and supporting functional, regression and integration testing.
• Automating the testing process to ensure end-to-end process and data consistency.
• Efficiently managing incidents and problems while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Involvement in deescalation activities upon request and maintaining appropriate documentation.
• Carrying out technical feasibility studies and solution reviews.
• Tracking system customizations to encourage the use of standard features, supporting our return to standard culture.
• Proactively contributing to improve our IT processes and drive our end-to-end user experience forward.
