• Implement and optimize SAP S/4HANA CO solutions tailored to business needs.
• Configure and support controlling processes, including cost center accounting (CCA), internal orders (IO), and profitability analysis (COPA).
• Ensure seamless integration with Project Systems (PS) for planning, budgeting, and tracking.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to controlling processes and PS integration.
• Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.

• Language proficiency: Native/fluent in Polish, with communicative proficiency in English
• Proven experience as an SAP CO Consultant, with integration knowledge of Project Systems (PS).
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA CO modules (CCA, IO, PCA, COPA).
• Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into SAP configurations and optimizations.
• Experience in resolving controlling and project system-related issues.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
