Responsibilities:

• Drive the implementation, customization, and optimization of SAP CO processes within an S/4HANA environment
• Act as the subject matter expert in SAP Controlling (CO) modules
• Collaborate with stakeholders (in German and English) to gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (FI, MM, PP, SD) to ensure seamless integration of financial data and processes
• Support project lifecycle (configuration, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support)
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting and continuous process improvement

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP CO (Controlling)
• Proven project experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of controlling processes in the energy or utilities sector is a plus
• Fluent in German (C1 or native) and proficient in English (B2+)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
