We are seeking an experienced SAP CO Consultant with a passion for leading digital transformation, connecting advanced controlling solutions with business requirements. Responsibilities:

• Conduct Fit/Gap workshops to map controlling processes and adapt them to SAP
• Configure and customize the SAP CO module according to business needs
• Plan and execute the migration of controlling data from legacy systems to SAP
• Provide on-site training for end-users, tailored to specific processes
• Support during the Go-Live phase and throughout the 6-month Hypercare period
• Collaborate with the project team on integration with SAP FI, MM, and PP modules

Requirements:

• Experience in SAP CO configuration and implementations, including full-cycle projects
• Practical knowledge of financial and accounting processes and their mapping within the SAP system
• Proven experience in conducting Fit/Gap workshops and end-user training sessions
• Fluency in English
• Willingness to travel (approximately 30% of the time)
