Requirements:

• Experience as SAP CO Consultant on implementation and support projects
• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA
• Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills
• Experience with Managerial accounting processes design
• Experience in eliciting, analyzing, and validating business needs of key stakeholders by planning, facilitating and documenting requirements’ gathering / discovery workshops
• Experience in proviiding an expert overview & deep-dive product demonstrations and position the unique value of SAP S/4HANA and related platforms to address client requirements
• Deep knowledge of business processes and best practices to advise and guide the client during pre-implementation consulting engagements such as Requirements Gathering, Fit Gap Assessments, Design and Configuration
• Ability to align with stakeholders to convert business requirements into capabilities, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to translate conceptual requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team Related customizing settings hands-on experience
• Understanding integration points with other SAP modules
• Ability to identify and analyze risks and issues for the program or project portfolio in conjunction with project managers
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of an organisation
• Fluent English (at least B1+ level)

Will be a plus:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting
• Previous experience as Accountant or Controller
• SAP Cloud experience
• ABAP debugging
