Role Objective
Manage and stabilize the SAP change process
Ensure efficient implementation of changes across multiple project and operational tracks
Minimize impact on production operations
Key Responsibilities
Ownership of the SAP Change Management process (e.g., ChaRM, CALM, or third-party tools)
Plan, prioritize, and bundle changes and releases
Perform change impact analyses and risk assessments
Manage technical and functional dependencies between changes
Coordinate across multiple project and maintenance tracks
Ensure stable maintenance systems during ongoing projects
Manage the SAP Retrofit process
Proactively resolve development conflicts between maintenance and project landscapes
Plan and coordinate cut-over activities as part of releases and deployments
Serve as the primary contact for all change and release management topics
Provide training and support to teams on processes and tools
Establish and Monitor compliance with governance, quality, and audit standards
Drive continuous improvement of processes and tools

Experience in SAP development, customizing, and transport management
Strong knowledge of ChaRM, CALM, or comparable tools
Experience with the SAP Retrofit process, cut-over management, and multi-track project environments
