We are seeking a skilled and motivated Developer for Finance Analytics and Reporting to support the design, development, and implementation of innovative financial analytics and reporting solutions, with a focus on the Marketing Plan to Cash process.

This role involves enhancing global financial reporting for the Plan to Retire Fixed Assets process, ensuring seamless integration across SAP and

non-SAP systems. The position reports to the IT Lead A&R Finance within the Analytics & Reporting (A&R) and Finance streams.

Your responsibilities

• Analyze and understand finance reporting requirements within the ASPIRE program, focusing on the Marketing Plan to Cash process.
• Conceptualize, design, and implement innovative finance reporting solutions in SAP BW/4HANA, S/4HANA, Datasphere, and SAC, following project guidelines
• Perform data modeling, extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Conduct testing and validation to ensure accuracy and usability.
• Document technical and functional specifications using Solution Manager.
• Provide technical support on finance reporting solutions for the deployment team.
• Collaborate with the A&R team, cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and the product owner to gather business requirements and ensure cohesive solutions.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to finance reporting in SAP.
• Knowledge of FIORI development and Datasphere for enhanced user experience is a plus.

Our requirements

• Proficient in SAP BW/4HANA, S/4HANA and HANA Native modeling with deep hands-on expertise in reporting development.
• Knowledgeable in data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing principles.
• Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Competent in reading and writing ABAP and SQL coding.
• Good understanding of financial processes - functional knowledge on Marketing Plan to Cash process.
• Very good English proficiency, capable of independently engaging with business and IT teams.
• Experience in FIORI, SAP Solution Manager and Datasphere would be a plus.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
• Experience working in an agile team or project environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and working independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude allowing to engage with business partners and understand their needs.
