We are seeking a highly experienced Senior BTP Developer to join our dynamic team working on cutting-edge solutions using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). In this role, you will be responsible for leading the technical delivery of projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving innovation on BTP. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP technologies and a strong track record of designing and developing scalable applications on the BTP.

Lead and coordinate the technical delivery of projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, UX designers, and other stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions
Work closely with project managers and business stakeholders to estimate effort, plan timelines, and deliver high-quality applications
Identify and resolve technical blockers in coordination with functional teams
Develop APIs and manage payload generation for integration
Drive authorization topics in collaboration with BTP DevOps, Authorization, and Fincom teams
Plan deliverables and manage work packages in Solman
Oversee deployment of applications, ensuring seamless integration and deployment processes
Review and approve object-level estimations and billing status for managed services
Provide technical updates and status reports to functional teams and key stakeholders
Mentor junior developers, providing technical leadership and guidance on best practices in BTP development
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for BTP, ensuring adherence to coding standards and resolving complex technical issues
Lead regular connect calls with the BTP Platform team to discuss new demands and offerings
Stay current with advancements in BTP technologies, recommending innovative solutions to enhance performance and user experience
requirements-expected :
Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, with proven expertise in SAP BTP
In-depth experience with BTP technologies including SAP Cloud Foundry, SAP HANA, SAP Fiori, and SAPUI5
Proficient in programming languages such as CAPM, Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript, with experience in OData services
Familiarity with S4HANA backend services and integration with third-party applications such as Mulesoft and SAP CPI
Strong knowledge of agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Jira, Solman)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
