Your responsibilities

Responsible for managing SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Public Edition rollout within CPIPG SAP centralization , communication between departments and countries
Responsible for the complete delivery of the SAP solution within the rollout and for achieving the goals
The PM is responsible for directing, managing, monitoring, controlling and reporting the status of project implementation , including the delivery of products and project scope, as defined in the contractual scope, schedule and costs that have been agreed upon
Responsible for status reporting to the Program level of the SAP Program
Responsible for the implementation of the project management methodology defined by CPI PG competence team
Within CPI PG cooperates with Business owners , Business analysts of other areas and with System analysts and other Project managers within rollouts
Harmonizes the use of SAP across all CPI PG companies
Manages the process with the aim of a unified SAP solution
Acts as a change agent, supports changes within the Company
It is the guarantor of the centralization of solutions
Responsible for adopting project management implementation processes and for the operational planning and management of all agreed project activities of the local team
Works closely with the Contractors Project Manager to ensure that all planned project activities of each phase of the project are carried out in accordance with the agreed deadlines and required quality
Together with the business owners, manages any deviations in the solution (especially based on local legislation) and is responsible for the maximum use of the CPIPG standard on a global instance.
Escalates project issues that can no longer be decided within his/her competencies (scope, budget, or schedule changes) to the Program level for decision
Collaborates and proposes solutions together with SAP consultants to maximize use of standard procedures
Oversees and harmonizes business requirements of individual business owners

Our requirements

University degree with at least 5 years of experience or at least 8 years of experience in project management
Experience in leading projects of a similar scope
Experience with SAP implementation is an advantage
Strong process and communication skills , ability to lead a team
Internal customer orientation and the ability to anticipate their needs
Ability to take responsibility and ensure successful results
Ability to actively listen, think critically and improve processes
Innovative approach with a willingness to experiment and receive feedback
Communication skills in Polish and English (verbal and written).
Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities
Experience working in a matrix organizational structure across geographies
Willingness to travel
Effective collaboration and communication through MS Teams
