• Analyze business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and gaps in required controls. Document standard operating procedures and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Contribute to the development of new products and programs by leading process design and redesign initiatives and assessing change management impacts.
• Participate in planning initiatives, feasibility studies, cost–benefit analyses, and the design of new systems.
• Document, validate, and manage functional requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Develop a thorough understanding of enterprise data, including data sources and relationships, to produce meaningful insights and reports for management and stakeholders across the organization.
