responsibilities :
Analyze business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and gaps in required controls. Document standard operating procedures and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Contribute to the development of new products and programs by leading process design and redesign initiatives and assessing change management impacts.
Participate in planning initiatives, feasibility studies, cost–benefit analyses, and the design of new systems.
Document, validate, and manage functional requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Develop a thorough understanding of enterprise data, including data sources and relationships, to produce meaningful insights and reports for management and stakeholders across the organization.
