Your responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain integrations using SAP BTP Integration Suite components, including Cloud Integration and API Management,
  • Monitor and maintain interfaces to ensure optimal performance, troubleshoot errors, and re-run processes as needed,
  • Develop and enhance interfaces and workflows on SAP BTP, ensuring alignment with business requirements and proper documentation,
  • Manage access and user permissions for SAP BTP and related interfaces, ensuring secure and efficient user management,
  • Develop and maintain SAP Fiori applications, enhancing user experience and ensuring seamless integration with backend systems,
  • Implement and manage transport configurations through 2SL ensuring smooth deployment cycles,
  • Utilize and integrate platform services such as HANA Cloud, Audit Log, and Cloud Foundry to enhance application functionality and monitoring,
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of enhancements, including BAdI development and S/4HANA Cloud extensibility,
  • Maintain comprehensive interface and release documentation to support operational efficiency and knowledge transfer,
  • Apply Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban to manage project tasks, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of solutions,
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd Line Support to address and resolve tickets related to Custom Workflow and customer-specific solutions,
  • Conduct Detailed Problem Analysis to diagnose issues thoroughly to understand root causes and configure SAP systems to develop effective solutions,
  • Collaborate with 1st-Level support and other IT teams to ensure timely resolution of issues,
  • Foster strong relationships with clients by addressing support topics promptly and effectively,
  • Regularly analyze and report on ticket trends in the designated area to identify recurring issues and potential improvements,
  • Lead and execute minor projects and system changes tailored to meet specific customer needs and requirements,
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of support issues, solutions, and project changes to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing.

Our requirements

  • Very good understanding of SAP S/4HANA Cloud 2SL landscape, including Central Business Configuration, Cloud Identity Services, IAS, IPS,
  • SAP BTP platform knowledge and architecture understanding,
  • Experience with BTP Integration Suite components (e.g., Cloud Integration, API Management), SAP Extension Suite,
  • Familiarity with Event Mesh, API Business Hub, and standards like One Domain Model,
  • Proficiency in technologies such as OData, REST, SOAP, IDoc, RFC, FTP/SFTP, JDBC, JMS, Kafka, AMQP, MQTT, CSV, XML, JSON, YAML, Java, XSL, Groovy/JS,
  • Knowledge of platform services including Audit Log, HANA Cloud, Notifications, Cloud Foundry, CI/CD, SAP Business Application Studio, Transport Management, Connectivity, SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP), ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP),
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud extensibility model (Custom Business Objects, Custom CDS Views and so on), SAP Fiori design guidelines , SAP UI5 Framework, ABAP/ABAP OO,
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks like Scrum or Kanban,
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Optional

  • In-depth understanding of Financial Accounting (FI) or Controlling (CO) or other modules within SAP as a plus.
  • Certification in relevant areas such as C_CPI_15; AI.​
