Your responsibilities
- Solution Design & Architecture: Lead the design of SAP BRIM solutions, focusing on modules like Convergent Charging, Subscription Order Management, and Convergent Invoicing. Develop scalable solution blueprints and ensure integration with SAP and third-party systems
- Implementation Oversight: Ensure adherence to solution architecture during implementation. Address architectural issues and collaborate with project teams to meet timelines and budgets
- Integration & Optimization: Oversee SAP BRIM integration with SAP (e.g., S/4HANA, FICO) and non-SAP systems, ensuring seamless data flow. Identify and recommend process optimizations
- Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers and consultants. Serve as the primary technical contact for stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business requirements
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work with business leaders to ensure solutions meet strategic goals. Conduct workshops and training on SAP BRIM capabilities
- Risk Management: Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure smooth operations
Our requirements
- At least 10+ years of experience in SAP solutions, with a minimum of 5+ years specifically in SAP BRIM implementations and support
- Proven experience in designing and architecting complex SAP BRIM solutions for large-scale organizations
- Deep knowledge of SAP BRIM modules including Convergent Charging, Convergent Mediation, Subscription Order Management, Convergent Invoicing, and their integration with other SAP systems like SAP S/4HANA, SAP FICO, and SAP CRM
- In-depth knowledge of SAP BRIM architecture and configuration
- Expertise in SAP integration tools such as SAP PI/PO, SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), and API management
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA, ABAP, and cloud-based solutions
- Familiarity with telecom, subscription-based, or utilities/high-tech industries is preferred
- Additional certifications in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, or related SAP modules are a plus
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities
Optional
- SAP Certification in Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) or related areas is highly desirable
- Experience with agile methodologies in SAP BRIM project implementations
- Expertise in managing SAP BRIM solutions on cloud platforms such as SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
- Knowledge of billing and revenue management processes across industries such as telecommunications, utilities, high-tech, and media
