• We are looking for administrative staff with knowledge and experience in SAP BPC Planning, to join a new maintenance project.

• Customer incident management
• Resolving tickets and assisting customers throughout the process
• Achievement of set targets and timelines
• Generation of reports
• Team management and follow-up of objectives

• 3+ years of experience using SAB BPC Planning
• Ability to understand and prioritize customer needs, ensuring an exceptional service experience
• Strong ability to manage time, tasks, and competing priorities effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
• Organisational and team management skills
• Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken)
