You will be part of a cross functional, international team located in Kraków working closely with SAP Basis colleagues in Randers, Denmark and our outsourcing partner. You will be collaborating proactively with colleagues across Global IT (approx. 300 employees), our Business, and third party partners in an environment that values openness, knowledge sharing, and strong teamwork.
How we work
You will work closely together with our SAP Consultants in our business-driven domains in Global IT as well as the technical setup regarding changes in existing or new systems/solutions. Furthermore, you will be involved in projects, either as the technical sparring partner or as overall responsible for our technical SAP projects.
As our new colleague, you´ll work closely with our outsourcing partner, you´ll have the overview of the overall setup, safety, and responsibility for continuous maintenance of the technical foundation and operation of the entire environment both at our on-premises and Cloud SAP landscape. You will also have a significant role in our S/4HANA journey together with the team.
responsibilities :
SAP system administration, operation, maintenance, and optimization of SAP on-premises systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PI/PO, etc.) in collaboration with an external outsourcing partner
Participation in system maintenance and upgrades of SAP and related infrastructure (patching, kernel, security notes, Support Packs, new releases, and system refresh)
Implementation and administration of SAP BTP solutions, including integrations and extensions
Technical consulting in connection with migration to S/4HANA, Cloud-based solutions and new SAP solutions
Monitoring and setup of SAP Cloud ALM
Performance tuning of SAP enviroments
Collaboration with other internal product domains, support team, and external partners
Participation in audits (Finance and IT), in projects and technical workshops
Planning of maintenance windows together with the outsourcing partner
Documenting technical processes and contributing to knowledge sharing within the team
requirements-expected :
Minimum 5–8 years of documented experience as an SAP Basis consultant
Documented experience with SAP Basis – both architectural and operational
In-depth knowledge of SAP NetWeaver, SAP Fiori, SAP HANA, and S/4HANA
Experience with SAP installations, upgrades, operations and ABAP as well as SAP BTP and S/4HANA migration / implementation
Familiarity with SAP RISE and SAP Data Cloud
Ability to work independently and in teams, handle many tasks simultaneously, and remain calm in crisis situations
Good communication skills, working knowledge in Danish and English, both written and spoken
Approximately 10-20 travel days per year to be expected.
On-site presence is expected for a minimum of 3 days a week in our Krakow office
