In order to achieve this and to fully support business processes and encourage innovation, having the latest IT technology is crucial. So we need you to keep it well maintained and highly available to ensure smooth realization of business needs. This requires regular monitoring and troubleshooting, updates, and tuning. This includes the ability to support users in their daily work and internal consultants in the implementation of changes and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provides 2nd level support to business users – issue solving
• Supports internal consultants in correcting errors, configuration, and implementation
• Performs SAP systems proactive monitoring
• Performs SAP system maintenance tasks: Kernel update, Refresh/Copy and steps involved
• Creates and updates related documentation according to documentation standards
• Uses collaboration tools like JIRA, MS Teams

Requirement Profile:

Professional Experience:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or a similar field
• Over 1 year of experience with SAP Basis Administration

Technical Skills:

• SAP Basis skills at least on level covered by ADM100
• Hana and IBM DB2 administration skills (nice to have)

Behavioral Attitude:

• Methodical approach and excellent technical understanding
• Analytical, systematic, and self-reliant working method
• Social competence, team spirit, and commitment

Linguistic Skills:

• English, B1 level or higher - spoken and written
• Occasional visits to SWISS KRONO subsidiaries
