SAP Basis Consultant / RISE Administrator

Tenthpin is seeking an exceptional, technically astute, and collaborative SAP Basis Consultant & RISE Administrator to join our rapidly growing team. The Opportunity

As an SAP Basis Consultant & RISE Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation and optimisation of SAP systems, particularly for our Life Sciences clients. You will be trusted to deliver expert guidance, addressing complex challenges and driving technical excellence with a focus on S/4 HANA Cloud ERP and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). This is a role for someone who thrives on solving problems, embracing innovation, and working collaboratively to achieve exceptional outcomes.

What you will be doing

• Managing SAP system operations, including installations, upgrades, and daily administration, to ensure optimal performance and functionality of S/4 HANA and other SAP platforms.
• Providing expert advice on architectural solutions, including the integration of BTP services, customising approaches to align with client goals and best practices.
• Collaborating with Life Sciences clients to deliver large-scale SAP implementations, ensuring alignment with industry-specific requirements and leveraging the latest in S/4 HANA and BTP.
• Addressing security challenges with robust authorisation concepts to safeguard critical SAP systems.
• For clients implementing RISE you will helps Program Management effectively benefit from the SAP RISE Service:
  • Smart technical design & decisions
  • Plan & guide RISE set up considering timings and SLAs; monitor & communicate with teams
  • Enter the requests to RISE
  • Perform the technical tasks not covered by SAP
  • Cost effective management of the chargeable services
• Driving innovation by staying ahead of emerging SAP technologies, particularly in BTP, and identifying opportunities to enhance Tenthpin’s service offerings.

Your Experience

We are looking for a technically proficient professional with:

• Strong expertise in SAP systems administration, including S/4 HANA and integration with BTP services.
• A solid understanding of security and authorisation concepts, with experience in OS-level and database administration.
• Proven experience in delivering complex SAP projects, particularly in Life Sciences industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotech, and medical devices.
• Familiarity with SAPs Business Technology Platform (BTP) and its application in enhancing business processes.
• Experienced in Administratoring the set up of a RISE or Grow Cloud ERP and ideally certified, or certainly keen to gain certification, in the following:
  • RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, private edition Onboarding Fundamentals
  • Certified Technology Associate - SAP BTP Administration
