Job Responsibilities:

1. Supporting tools such as SAP ERP, SAP Solution Manager, and resolving system errors.
2. SAP ERP monitoring and customizing: DMS, Archivlink, and archiving.
3. Resolving problems, incidents, and conducting analysis.
4. Documenting errors, problems, and solutions.
5. Evaluating the impact of defects and problems.
6. Informing relevant stakeholders (internal and external) about the status of initiatives in SAP applications or SAP authorization.
7. Providing required data for investigations.
8. Ensuring corrective and problem-solving activities are carried out within agreed timescales.
9. Educating related to IT.

Qualifications:

1. SAP knowledge in the area of ERP DMS and SAP archiving.
2. 1-2 years of experience working in SAP systems.
3. Nice to have experience as a SAP Key User.
4. Good analytical and fast learning skills.
5. Sincere interest in the SAP system.
