,[Manage integration models to facilitate the exchange of master and transactional data between SAP ECC and SAP SCM-APO., Operate and oversee process chains in both SAP ECC and SAP SCM-APO (including integration models, heuristics, etc.)., Administer master data within SCM-APO, such as planning versions, locations, products, resources, and calendars., Support and manage the Demand Planning process, including interactive planning and releasing data to PP/DS., Maintain and enhance custom-developed applications (e.g., business and support-related transactions) in SCM-APO., Monitor the SCM-APO system environment, focusing on queue management, performance optimization, and error handling., Collaborate with IT Requirements Engineers to assess and implement significant changes within SCM-APO., Design, coordinate, and execute modifications and enhancements in SCM-APO., Organize and oversee the work of external service providers., Plan and manage system upgrades for SCM-APO., Deliver daily operational support for SCM-APO users.
