• SAP

• Design and develop reports and dashboards in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) to support business decision-making
• Provide support and training to internal stakeholders on SAC tools and functionalities
• Conducting workshops with business departments to gather requirements
• Gather and translate business intelligence (BI) requirements from Finance, Controlling, and Human Resources into technical solutions
• Act as the primary contact for business units on analytical and reporting topics
• Support BI & Analytics projects
• Monitor and maintain department-specific data pipelines and data quality
• Analyzing existing data sources, reporting processes, and KPIs
• Creating functional concepts and technical specifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
• Proven professional experience in BI and agile project environments
• Solid process knowledge in Finance/Controlling (FI/CO) or Human Resources (HR)
• Hands-on experience developing reports in SAP Analytics Cloud
• Familiar with tools such as SAP BW, SAP BusinessObjects, Analysis for Office, BW Query Designer, or comparable BI solutions
• Understanding of authorization concepts is a plus
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills / Familiarity with BI architectures
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) - German is a plus
