SAP Analyst Miejsce pracy: Nysa Technologies we use Operating system Windows About the project The SAP Analyst will be an integral part of the Global BIT SAP Support organization, responsible for managing one or multiple SAP modules. This role involves providing second-line support to key users within the UBM organization, creating documentation, and participating as a business analyst in various SAP projects. Your responsibilities Provide support to key users, resolving complex issues related to SAP EWM and PP modules. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems to minimize disruption to business operations. Guide and train key users to improve their understanding and effective use of SAP modules. Identify recurring issues and contribute to long-term solutions that enhance system reliability and user satisfaction. Play a role of a business analyst in SAP projects, working closely with IT counterparts throughout all project phases -blueprinting, testing, training, and support. Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement to ensure SAP solutions align with business needs. Facilitate clear communication between business stakeholders and the IT team to ensure requirements are understood and met. Develop and maintain thorough documentation of SAP processes and solutions. Create user manuals and training materials to support key users in effectively utilizing SAP modules. Our requirements Bachelor Degree in computer science or related fields Minimum 2 years working in IT projects Experience working with one or multiple SAP modules Good knowledge of self-service BI tools Good technical knowledge about DB connectivity to access different data sources Fluent Polish and English Optional Experience in IT projects and project methodologies is a plus Experience with manufacturing companies is a plus What we offer We aim to lead the way.
